Very rushed! from both Hygenist and Dr ( couldn’t tell you which Dr because I don’t believe she introduced herself) And thank goodness I asked for a copy of my bill prior to paying to look at breakdown ( because apparently you get a copy of it only after you pay??) Hygenist entered incorrect information, the girl at check out she was only interested in bottom line dollar amount (didn’t look over anything or perhaps would have caught the error), thank goodness one of the ladies in the office knew something didn’t sound right because my bill was nearly triple what it should have been!! and she resolved it. So for all the 5 star reviews on here , I can say I didn’t have that experience unfortunately

The staff are always kind and considerate whenever I come in. The hygienist staff is always willing to give you a conversation and are always careful when poking around in your mouth. Dr. Dormer specifically is amazing, as he always tells you what he's going to do before he does it so that you're not surprised if he goes in for novocaine or to drill or whatnot. As someone who's had very bad experiences with former dental practices, I truly believe you cant get much better than this.

The best dental office in Harrisburg! I have been coming here for at least 30 years. I moved away from Harrisburg two years ago and continue to come here for my Dental work. When you walk in the front door, you’re greeted with friendly professional, and very happy schedulers. Next you get a fantastic cleaning, very gentle, very pleasant and wonderful service by the dental hygienist. The next step is being greeted by the doctor, who is always smiling, happy and professional. The office is always clean and very welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist in the Harrisburg area, I highly recommend Forest Hills.

I always have an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. Dr. Dormer is a truly outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring dentist. He takes the time to explain procedures clearly and make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Denise, the hygienist, was equally impressive—thorough, gentle, and attentive. My cleaning was handled with great care, and she offers helpful tips for maintaining better oral health without ever feeling rushed. The entire staff deserves recognition as well. Everyone at the front desk and throughout the office is welcoming, organized, and efficient. They create a warm, friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Overall, this team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care. It’s clear they are dedicated to their patients’ comfort and well-being. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top-quality dental care. Felecia G
